Z was punctual and attentive to our twins' needs. She has good instincts about babies, and helped them play, nap, and eat when they needed to. She was able to adapt when things got off schedule. She kept them clean and dry throughout the day, and was a great communicator. She is a cheerful and calm presence.

Katie was prompt, and cheerful. She asked the right questions to get up to speed quickly and got to work right away. She took our twins for two walks, and they love fresh air. Katie was a pleasure to work with.

Spilt Milk is an absolutely amazing service! Nicolette works extremely hard to make sure all of the families and nannies needs are met and cares so deeply. As a nanny myself, I have been with Spilt Milk for a year now and it is one of the best things to happen in my life. Everything is so flexible and all of the families and nannies are great. Everything is so flexible and works with any schedule!

I've been working with this service for a short time, but already everyday is such a joy. It's refreshing to come across a group of people that have such a proactive and encouraging approach to child care. It's of utter importance that children are treated respectfully and compassionately, and Spilt Milk holds true to those standards. I highly recommend this service to all with little ones!

I have been using Spilt Milk for over a year. I have two young children (3 & 1) and a dog. We have nothing but positive things to say about the nannies who come to take care of our daughters! Nicolette and her team have saved us time and worry. I no longer have to wonder if I will be able to find a skilled nanny when I have to work or my husband and I want a night together. I AM SO THANKFUL.

Chelsea took care of our two boys on a Saturday afternoon/evening. The boys (2 and 5) hadn't met her before but took to her immediately and felt very comfortable. Leaving them with her wasn't a big deal to them which was surprising. By all accounts they had a great night. I trust her and would love to have her back again.

What a wonderful experience! After fretting and searching high and low for great child care for our toddler, we were fortunate to come across Spilt Milk Nannies. The experience has been amazing from the very start, with Nicolette handling our initial inquiries with the utmost care and professionalism. As any parents are, we are very particular about who cares for our daughter - and with Spilt Milk our expectations have been exceeded at every turn.

We have only met Sharon once, but she is lovely and easy to work with. We are looking forward to having her babysit again for our son. Her bio definitely matches who she is and the genuine care she has for children.

Sydney watched our 18 month old son several times. She is trustworthy, was always available by phone while we were gone, and most importantly she was great with our son. We highly recommend her!

Penny watched our boys (7 and 16 months) two full days this week while our regular nanny was on vacation. She was fabulous! I appreciated how she engaged both boys (frequently at the same time) and managed their energy with ease. Penny was confident, kind and I instantly felt comfortable with her. The boys loved her and we will definitely ask her to come back!
